Create Ordinary 1-Year Limited Warranty (Pre-Order Sets)

Thank you for supporting Create Ordinary and being part of our first release. Every product we make is built with care and tested to meet high standards of performance and reliability.

Warranty Coverage

This product is covered by a 1-Year Limited Warranty from the original date of delivery.

During this period, Create Ordinary will replace any unit found to have a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship under normal use and installation.

What’s Covered

• Faulty electronics, PCB components, or LED assemblies caused by manufacturing errors

• Internal defects in wiring or soldering

• Failure of parts under normal operating conditions

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by incorrect installation, modification, or wiring

• Water or moisture damage from improper mounting

• Physical impact, misuse, or accidental damage

• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections

• Damage caused by electrical surges, reverse polarity, or vehicle wiring faults

How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product is defective, please contact Create Ordinary Support at:

Please include:

• Your order number or proof of purchase

• Photos or a short video showing the issue

• A brief description of the fault

Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement unit at no cost. You may be asked to return the faulty product for inspection before the replacement is shipped.

Limitations

• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and cannot be transferred

• Replacement units do not restart or extend the warranty period

• Create Ordinary is not liable for any costs related to removal, installation, or loss of use
